ISPLS WEBINAR - Questions from Curious Surveyors: A Case Law Review
ONE (1) INDIANA ELECTIVE CONTINUING EDUCATION UNIT*

Speaker: Kory Allred, Parkland College

A description of proper application of theory of location is required as part of the surveyor’s report in Indiana, which includes knowing and understanding relevant course precedent. In this webinar we will review several court cases and try to summarize the key points we should take away from them. Topics include common vs. statutory highway dedication, land and water easements and drone usage.

*A short quiz at the end of the webinar will be required to qualify for CEUs.
