Subject: Stolen Equipment

July 15^th from Jamie Cullen : I had a Topcon GTS-225 Total Station stolen from my corporate vehicle which was parked in front of our Chicago field office on Thursday, July 15th.  Not sure where you guys post info about stolen equipment to the surveying community, but I'd be curious to know.  The Serial Number is UM2250.  A witness said that the car had Indiana plates, so I suspect that it may be in Northwest Indiana.  

April 2^nd: This morning, several items were stolen from a work truck that was parked at the University of Chicago during a site safety training seminar. Please pass this information along to anyone that you think may be approached about purchasing said equipment.  If you hear anything regarding suspicious sales of surveying equipment, please contact Craig Duy at 630.553.7560.
