Land Surveyor in Training (LS-SIT) Review Seminar

Place: Indiana University Purdue University – Fort Wayne*, Fort Wayne, Indiana

*The classes will be held in the Engineering Technology and Computer Science Building (ET).   The classes will be held in Rooms ET143 and ET145. 

Course Objective: To allow those individuals that have applied for the first 8 hour examination for registration as a Professional Land Surveyor  an opportunity to have a general review of the materials that may be encountered on the national examination.

Exam Materials/Topics:

General Survey History	Survey Definitions	State Plane Coordinates
Fundamentals of GPS	Astronomic Observations	Photogrammetry
Boundary Law	Survey Computations	Survey Systems

Breakfast: Bagels, donuts, coffee and juice will be provided.
Lunch: Box lunches and soft drinks will be provided.
